I was born in Columbus, Ohio and grew up in the suburb of Westerville. I earned my undergraduate degree in Fine Art from Otterbein University in 2014 and my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2023. After spending 5 years in the printing industry post-undergrad, I decided I wanted to pursue something different for the rest of my career.

I took some time to reflect, and noticed consistent themes of mindfulness, grounding, and caring for the mind and body in my life. I decided to pursue these themes further and began the endeavor to earn a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in order to become a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the summer of 2020.
